In the midst of lockdown answered my query swiftly and fully
This is a review about Lisa Bradley, FBM's sales progression manager. I have dealt with Lisa over 2 sales now, neither of which has been straigtforward, and I am extremely grateful for her energy, commitment, positivity and unfailing good humour. She is dedicated to her task and to her clients, she always kept me informed about progress - or lack of it - and was a key player in steering both cases through to completion. FBM is very lucky to have her. On a more general note, i feel that FBM should exercise more care in recommending solicitors to their clients. All of the problems arising with my second sale were entirely due to shortcomings with the firm dealing with the conveyancing process. FBM's reputation is done no favours by this.

Disappointed
Disappointed to discover that there was another viewing just 15 minutes after my appointment so i felt extremely rushed. Further disappointment when i drove past property 45 minutes later to see the later viewing was still there!!! Also the agent present was unable to answer the simplest question
Okay agents be weary if you cannot keep your home to show home quality
Reply from FBM - Haverfordwest: Hi katie, Just to clarify we do not expect tenants to live in show home condition, but we do suggest on inspections ways to clean & maintain areas that we can see are will affect your end deposit such as marks on walls & carpets & limescale & garden maintenance etc as we hate seeing tenants lose funds on expensive end of tenancy cleans & rubbish removal & gardening when they vacate properties at tenancy end. I rented a property through FBM and the communication was first class, staff very helpful, approachable and friendly. Whole process went very smoothly. T
With hindsight we would not use this estate agent again. A senior sales negotiator who says she does not negotiate, a branch manager who does not communicate with buyer and seller effectively and a director who does not answer e-mails. There are better out there.

I have rented through simply let for a while, I personally wouldn't recommend this letting agency. They don't seem to care about their clients.

I will report this to Google as an error to get it removed as it is not accurate.
