With hindsight we would not use this estate agent again. A senior sales negotiator who says she does not negotiate, a branch manager who does not communicate with buyer and seller effectively and a director who does not answer e-mails. There are better out there.
Reply from FBM - Haverfordwest: Dear Mr Reason,
We appreciate your comments, they provide valuable insight into your experience with our estate agent team. We sincerely apologise for any shortcomings in our service.
We were somewhat surprised to find this feedback, however, as we were all delighted that your property sold at nigh on asking price, and we had considered this a very successful sale. Naturally, there may have been stress and inconvenience along the way, and for that we apologise.
We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns. Please feel free to reach out directly to our directors for a more detailed discussion.
Sincerely,
Haverfordwest Office
