The tenant in my property had not paid their rent on time, Lizzie and the team were very instrumental in ensuring payment was made by the tenant, despite the slight delay. I am also very pleased with the service that Ellie has provided. She has worked tirelessly in getting quotes for some repairs needed in my property and has already arranged and completed an urgent light fitting. I was very impressed with the thorough inspection report she provided, her timely and detailed responses to emails and ongoing general updates that I have been given by Ellie and the team. I couldn't be happier with this agency, they are indeed a cut above the rest and care for one's property like their own. My experience with Hollbrook & Co has been excellent from start to finish Charlotte went above and beyond to help me get the house I wanted. Over the last year Sam has always kept in touch hes very reliable and friendly, Sam has brilliant customer service and always helps me the best he possibly can he's an absolute credit to the company. I've never felt in the dark with this company they are so kind and I would recommend them to anyone.
