There was a confusion when my details were recorded and their response didnt came through initially, agency called me after i reviewed them with one star and stating my complain and at first there was a request of demand to take down the review instead of asking why the review was placed in the first place. Summary - The Agency should engage more with evidence and facts before making assumptions that i already had gotten their email even though they could see in their first attempt that their response bounced back. One star is missing cause of the demand to take down the review initially instead of dealing with the issue. Super efficient and available team.great communication.

Called to try book a viewing (yes with limited availability) was met with a lady on the phone who sounded fed up and like she didn't want to be there, didn't seem generally interested in getting a viewing booked in for her vendor and in the end no viewing booked (sorry vendor I did try). Very very poor in a suffering house market, Think twice about this one. 16/07/2018 - Spoke to Jamie on the phone who was helpful and managed to do what her colleague could not achieve and got me booked in for a viewing with no issues what so ever. Good safe mate and thank you for your time and response.

Offered to move our original booking to a later time but then didn't update their system. Arrived at the address and called as no one was there to meet us. Got told that they couldn't let us in as we had missed our appointment at 10 taking …

This is a very painful review to write, as the staff were very friendly throughout the entire process. On the plus side they offer great services such as the 3d virtual tour of the house. However after 6 months of trying to sell our house they failed to do so. Whilst the estate agent we then swapped to managed to sell it to the first people who viewed it. It probably started with an unrealistic valuation. We then got pushed to accept an offer from a couple who had previously pulled out of purchasing a house. That should have been our first clue. This was despite more viewings being booked in. The potential buyer then messed us about, reducing their offer straight away after having accepted it. This should have been our second clue. Finally just before completion they pulled out, having wasted our time and money spent on solicitors. We then stuck with Verity Frearson for several months, not getting an offer despite almost daily viewings and many price reductions. I stayed home during one of these viewings and realised the estate agent showing the people around our house, knew very little about our property and stated a few things that were wrong. This gave us the impression that if they don't manage to sell a property straight away or it is of very high value, they simply lose interest
