Called to try book a viewing (yes with limited availability) was met with a lady on the phone who sounded fed up and like she didn't want to be there, didn't seem generally interested in getting a viewing booked in for her vendor and in the end no viewing booked (sorry vendor I did try). Very very poor in a suffering house market, Think twice about this one. 16/07/2018 - Spoke to Jamie on the phone who was helpful and managed to do what her colleague could not achieve and got me booked in for a viewing with no issues what so ever.
