Excellent Personal Service From a Very Professional Team Verity Frearson handled the sale of my property extremely well. From the start they were always quick to react, prompt with the initial appointments and got the house to the market very quickly. I was always informed in advance about viewings. Once the sale had been agreed, Caroline from the sales progression team became my single point of contact. She was always available and provided great help when I had any questions about the status of the sale and activity further down the chain. The Harrogate estate agent market is very competitive with lots of choice. We chose Verity Frearson because we had used them before, they have a large market share and have always been friendly, helpful and professional. When selling our house they arranged a large number of viewings very quickly and their pre-market release database really helped create additional interest. We were kept updated of any viewing time changes and feedback from them was quick. They found the perfect buyer for us, the offer amount was important but they’d clearly understood our situation and were able to help us move in the best way for us. The sale process was quick and I always felt that Verity Frearson were pushing both solicitors to avoid unnecessary delays. Overall, we were very happy with everything and would certainly sell using them again in the future.
