Re Lettings, some friendly staff but some forget this is going to be someone's "Home". Communication was poor at times and the copious form-filling didn't hide the fact the apartment was in a poor state of cleanliness although this was eventually remedied within the week.
All the EAs have been very nice however there was a house we were interested in and we asked them if the area was safe due to us having a young child. We were told the area was safe, but we later found out that the area was well known for criminal activity including murder!

When asked about location matters such as safety, our team can only ever provide a general view based on local knowledge at the time, and we are not the authority on crime statistics or historical incidents, which can vary and are best verified via official police or local authority sources.
We completely understand how important this is when you have a young child, and we would always encourage buyers to carry out their own independent research to ensure an area meets their personal requirements.

Used Myrings to help me find a rental property. I was met with a very judgemental and blunt employee who said “you’re not what they are looking for” in regards to a property. I suggest management could maybe provide some customer service skills that included kindness and diversity training. The properties being offered looked perfect and I left feeling really disappointed.
