Dishonest communication and negotiation tactics - not the experience you want as a prospective, let alone first-time buyer. Ali was especially disappointing.
Says they’ll call back multiple times but they don’t. Finding a place to rent in London is already difficult, it shouldn’t be made harder because agents won’t call you back when that’s their job to do so. What’s the point of advertising if you don’t follow through with it. Silly.
I would put 0 stars but it is not possible, I have booked viewing and they let property to another person without even notifying me , when I called they are saying you should have received email but I never had. Worst Agents I have ever had.
I don’t often like to leave bad review, but I feel I really have to warn people from this place. Agents Broklin Keqaj and Fay Said we’re completely unprepared about a flat they tried to sell me. They kept insisting about the fact that certain building-related restrictions on renting and reselling and others would not apply to me. I thankfully found out the truth from other parties and saved myself from a life-ruining commitment, but still wasting two months of time and lots of money. Do not trust this agency and I strongly suggest to stay away from it :(
My viewing was cancelled 15 min before after travelling for 1h with the excuse that some electrical works were being done at the property (not an emergency so they knew in advance). Asked to reschedule and after a week still waiting to hear back.
The one positive was that I got an offer at a price I was relatively happy with - but the sale never went through. This is after over half a year, just a reminder this is in London the hottest property market in Europe. Bryn blamed the client, the clients lender for not having the right mortgage even though a quick google search showed me the way forward. So should I pay to then do the work myself? Also after I explained the service was not good enough, I discovered the window left open in the flat and a serious problem with the wardrobe was never reported - I'm not sure the agents actually go in there to show the prospective buyers. Still waiting to find out what I would be paying for. Thankfully there are many estate agents in the area - way too many. Raphael

Absolutely the worst of the worst. Pictures advertised of property looked to be from many years ago. Was told later that pictures were provided by seller and no one from branch had actually gone to see the property prior to advertising and taking booking. Not apologetic in the least.NegativeQuality
Kings Group Walthamstow do not respect GDPR. Agents from said estate agent have been ringing my client non stop for months after being asked five times to delete her details. One of my legal practitioner even rang them two weeks ago and was assured my clients details had been removed. Another call was again made today to my client.
