They were good at selling our property and did provide an excellent service in that regard, but did not really consider us when finding a new property which was promised they would do at the start. I thought that was a given. We also felt they prioritised the buyers more than us sellers (we were paying them in the end).

The service provided by Kings Group especially Zaman Ahmed was exceptional. Zaman was very polite, and helpful. Kept us in the loop while the property was in the market. It was a pleasure to deal with Lee and Zaman. Sure to continue with them for the for see able future.

Had a great experience here, was looking for a property, really short notice but got a great amount of help from the team, especially George the Sales Assistant there. Decided to take a property nearer to Enfield to be near family, but would recommend their services highly.

This agency is a bit crazy... Lee is a very good manager... and all the staff work overthere but the only problem they are very slow to do think like fix stuff, processing for take the house... but the rest they are ok i will dont say perfect bc my experience with them it was not great even now i go some problem but they dont care enalph

I had my house up with kings walthamstow branch for over 1 and 1/2 years result 0 I am out of pocket by £1500. Their staff is incompetent and unreliable. After the chain dropped most of the viewings were done by my wife alone, someone called from the office saying sorry car stuck in the car park, stuck in traffic jam, staff called in sick etc so can you please do the viewings. Also, after the chain dropped after the viewings, we would personally have to call back for the feedback for the viewing not even once we were given the feedback for the viewing by the office on their own no offers were ever put to us. Most of the staff did not even know that we were actually buying from you, all in all I would recommend all the customers to stay away from KINGS Walthamstow.

The office has also been unsuccessful with getting another buyer to pay the price you ultimately want to achieve even though we have had over 25 more viewings. I reviewed a flat in manor park , made my offer and kept contacting the company they treat you like you weight nothing and they don’t reply or give yo I any feedback , it’s been so bad dealing with them specially this guy ( Gabriel ) which he should be a manager it’s very bad really dealing with them

After looking into your comments with our Lettings Manager, I can see an Open Day was carried out where multiple applicants viewed the property and we would only take final and best offers given to us. Unfortunately another applicants offer was accepted by the landlord. We hope you find a property that is suitable for you and we will assist where we can.
