I recently purchased a property where Intercounty was the agent. While all areas of my experience were great, I was particularly impressed with Abby and the sales progression. This is my third purchase, with several others that have fallen through, and Abby is the only person I’ve encountered who regularly gave updates as and when she said she would. The updates were clear, helpful and timely. Which, honestly, has been incredibly rare with in experience with other agents in the Harlow, Stortford and Stansted areas. I was able to step back from the process and trust Abby was chasing everyone in a timely manner - where previously it’s been me who’s done all the chasing. If I’m ever to move again, I will definitely be using the Intercounty Harlow team as I know they’ll take good care of the sale. (I was not asked to leave this review, I genuinely just thought the team deserved the praise!)

I had a great experience with Intercounty Harlow, especially Kelsey Foster. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the viewing process. The apartment was presented beautifully, everything was clean, well maintained, and looked even better than I expected. As my wife couldn't attend the viewing, Kelsey kindly allowed me to take videos of the property so I could show her afterwards, which I really appreciated. All my questions were answered and made the viewing feel relaxed and informative. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
