House-buying is stressful, anxiety-inducing and can almost become a 2nd full-time job. Abby and Jenny (and Jason too) were absolutely fantastic and were constantly on the ball. It’s really rare to find a team who actions things immediately, gets results and cascades to you within the day. I am SO beyond happy to have had Intercounty Harlow be the agents to take care of us. Jenny - you have a fantastic team and whatever you’re doing is working!

Had a smooth process dealing with Reece at Intercounty to find a tenant for my property. Reece was very prompt in communication and dealt with any issues or questions within 24 hours which we were very grateful given our tight timescales.

We have had a very positive experience with Abby and the team from Intercounty. Our house was listed on the market on Friday 3rd July. By the following weekend we had 15 back to back viewings and we accepted an offer on Tuesday 14th July. We had a nice an short chain, but these things can take time, but we were exchanged, completed and moved into our new house in under 3 months. Abby pushed our buyers at all times to keep things moving and we are extremely happy with how everything went.

Excellent customer service from the team especially Joanne Whitrod. Jo has made some of the stressful situations I have been in especially when I moved in a lot easier to deal with. Always checking in to make sure everything has gone ok.
