Can’t fault the lettings team at Old Harlow at all, right from the start the team (Nicola / Kelsey) were so kind and communicative in helping me get moved in. On moving out, Alex was great in helping me vacate my rental and I felt fully supported throughout the process, and the kindness and respect I was shown made it a really positive experience. I can really recommend Intercounty Harlow & Sawbridgeworth. I had less than 1 month to look for another property in the area around stansted airport. When I found the apartment I am currently living in. I made an enquiry to get some information and do a viewing. On the day of the enquiry I got already a phone call of Alex to tell me more about the property and to ask me when I was available to do a viewing. The viewing was booked for the week after. The viewing itself was done by Nicola she was very friendly, professional and open for any questions I had about the apartment. I did put in an offer and again in a very short time I got the news that the apartment was mine. The full process after it was also done very professionally and quick so I could move-in in less than 2 weeks after the news of getting the apartment. Alex, Neve and Nicola and the rest of the team were very helpful, professional and open towards any questions and problems in the whole process of hunting for a property to rent and I cannot recommend them enough! Started a letting process with Neve as my agent, shes been great, everythings been really simple and no stress at all, shes very prompt in replying to any questions i have and let me know straight away if something she needs to continue in the process, her manager Alex is also very good at getting back to you with any questions.
