My rental property was with a different branch and I was not satisfied with the service I was getting. So I moved the management of my property to Alex’s team at Harlow branch. And now I’m actually getting the service I was supposed to get. I am totally happy the way I’m informed of everything thing that is going on. And with the advice I’m receiving. I recommend them highly.

We can not praise Alex,our rental manager,and Kelsey ,his assistant manager enough. They are a credit to Intercounty and definitely know the meaning of professionalism and going the extra mile for their clients. Extremely expert,competent and friendly young people. From putting our property on the market ,finding tenants,and taking on extra tasks which have come their way(not necessarily their jobs either)they have been extremely helpful. Not forgetting Niamh either,who I have spoken to on the phone and met once ,she is always polite and competent .With Alex and Kelsey as her seniors ,she will be a great addition to Intercounty.

Moving out of the country for work reasons and having to let our family home while we work away made us very nervous, after all we want to come home to it one day. I began discussing things with Alex Chapman (Letting Manager) who has single handed been given these 5 stars. Always responsive, always reassuring, and gave an insight into the process, and the evident care that goes into matching the right tenant with a home. No longer worried my home is going to be turned upside down, and now over the moon its going to be a home for another Family while I work away with mine. This is a review for GEENA MANZI at Harlow branch. We met Geena today for a viewing of the new Oakview development site. It turned into a guided tour, which made us feel very appreciated. Geena was fantastic. She's a wonderful lady and clearly a professional at her job. She accommodated our needs and was very helpful in every regard. The team at Intercounty were really helpful in searching for a property for me. Nicola got a viewing booked in very quickly; within 2 days and was happy to move the slot as per my request. Kelsey was very friendly and allowed me to take pictures when I attended the viewing and provided sufficient information about the property and the process.
