Being a probate sale there were some issues (none of which were due to Intercounty) , all the way along Jason, Jenny and the team were a constant help. They maintained communication from the property viewings up until they day of completion , I would definitely use intercounty for any future sale/buying of a property. Thank you for the help ☺️.

We have a great buying experience with Intercounty, as this is our first home we have lot of sentiment in every step during the process and Intercounty executive Geena Manzi was with us sharing status of overall percentage of the process weekly which made not to chase anyone or worry about anything during the process. I dealt with James Newton at InterCounty and I can’t praise him enough for his professionalism and friendliness. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the agency to anyone wanting to sell their home. Couldn’t have been more helpful. It has taken a long time for our sale to happen through no fault of InterCounty. Everything seemed to be against us but Jennie and the team handled everything superbly - always keeping us informed every inch of the way. We’ve had a great experience using Intercounty Harlow to sell our house. Jason and Steve were both very helpful and communicative especially when we needed a little extra handholding. The whole team did a fantastic job at organising lots of viewings and our house was sold in a matter of days. Alex from the progressions team went above and beyond also. I can really recommend Intercounty Harlow & Sawbridgeworth. I had less than 1 month to look for another property in the area around stansted airport. When I found the apartment I am currently living in. I made an enquiry to get some information and do a viewing. On the day of the enquiry I got already a phone call of Alex to tell me more about the property and to ask me when I was available to do a viewing. The viewing was booked for the week after. The viewing itself was done by Nicola she was very friendly, professional and open for any questions I had about the apartment. I did put in an offer and again in a very short time I got the news that the apartment was mine. The full process after it was also done very professionally and quick so I could move-in in less than 2 weeks after the news of getting the apartment. Alex, Neve and Nicola and the rest of the team were very helpful, professional and open towards any questions and problems in the whole process of hunting for a property to rent and I cannot recommend them enough! Very happy to be a tenant under Intercounty Harlow/Sawbridgeworth.
