Can’t fault the lettings team at Old Harlow at all, right from the start the team (Nicola / Kelsey) were so kind and communicative in helping me get moved in. On moving out, Alex was great in helping me vacate my rental and I felt fully supported throughout the process, and the kindness and respect I was shown made it a really positive experience. I experienced some issues with the property management team after leaving and Alex’s communication has really helped while waiting for a deposit return. Very much appreciated
