We had some problems with the application forms but Martin&Co were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They were very quick in replying to emails and making sure all the process of referencing ran as smooth as possible. Overall great experience! Definitely reccomend.

We have worked for Martin & Co Letting & Estate Agents for several years now and have always found them to be well organised and efficient. They are proactive with property faults and quick to arrange repairs and maintenance, always ensuring their tenants experience a minimum of disruption.

We were extremely happy with the service of Martin & Co during the period we were renting through them. We know we can be quite demanding tenants, but they always tried their best to help us out and attend to problems in a timely and professional manner. In particular, Šárka, Abi & Steve were great. Where they really excelled themselves was when the house we were renting came up for sale. Even though Martin & Co were not the selling agent, they were incredibly helpful in taking care of outstanding maintenance issues and Richard Neale​ helped us to liaise with the sellers (who were out of the country). We were delighted with the outcome as, I believe, were the sellers. We are pleased to recommend them.

Fantastic Company-We have had a successful relationship with Martin and Co. for over 10years and have found that all staff share the same commitment to quality service that is exemplified by senior estate agent Richard Neale. Being out of the country we have relied on the ears and eyes of this friendly and efficient team to manage a huge range of tasks from repairing a leak, to providing representation, co-ordinating and finding suppliers to even helping us sell our house. There’s nothing too difficult for them. Their positivity extends to all of their clients to include tenants, landlords and suppliers spreading their culture of ‘can-do’. We really can’t express our gratitude to Martin and Co enough.

I have to say they are the best Letting agents in Guildford. I found all members of staff professional and efficient. A massive 5-stars to Abigail who held my hand through 2 moves and went out of her way to ensure myself and the dog found the right house. When I had to use 'maintenance' they turned up on the day and didn't leave until the problem was rectified. Such a shame more agencies couldn't be this honest and helpful. As a tenant I'm very impressed and all Landlords out there should have Martin & Co on speed dial.

I was contacted via facebook by a member of Martin and Co's team, as a negative review had been posted on their google page by someone matching my name and picture, and as they have no record of me using any of their services they were puzzled why. Given I had written no such review, and my google account is set not to reveal my full name and I do not have a picture uploaded I was very concerned. Upon searching I can see someone has set up an account in my name and stolen a picture of me. I have no idea why anyone would use my details - it is both fraudulent and a criminal to impersonate someone else online. I have flagged this up with google and will refer this to the IC3 (Internet crime complaint centre) if the review is not removed and the fake account deleted. I can only assume that someone with an interest in discrediting this company would go to the trouble to set up a fake account and leave negative review. I have left this review to make others aware of what is happening, and left 5 stars to balance out the fake 1 star review left by the fake account. I will remove this review when the fake review has been removed.
