We were extremely happy with the service of Martin & Co during the period we were renting through them. We know we can be quite demanding tenants, but they always tried their best to help us out and attend to problems in a timely and professional manner. In particular, Šárka, Abi & Steve were great. Where they really excelled themselves was when the house we were renting came up for sale. Even though Martin & Co were not the selling agent, they were incredibly helpful in taking care of outstanding maintenance issues and Richard Neale helped us to liaise with the sellers (who were out of the country). We were delighted with the outcome as, I believe, were the sellers. We are pleased to recommend them.
