My experience with Martin & Co Guildford is the best I could ever have. I have been renting a flat from them for some years now, which is quite a long time, and they have always been excellent in all levels: In terms of professionalism, they are incredibly reliable. I cannot even think of once, for them not to provide an immediate respond to a maintenance issue. They have always acted very drastically to the slightest or the heaviest of a maintenance issue I may have encountered, with zero delay. Also, they are very organised and proactive. For example, every year when my tenancy agreement is nearly to an end, it is always them to be the first to remind me and ask of my thoughts on the prospect of a tenancy renewal. In terms of their attitude and manner, they are always very understanding, kind and friendly. Even to special requests on my behalf (such as to ask for a permission to get a cat for company, or now during the pandemic to delay some repairs being fixed as I am not very comfortable with people entering my place), they have always been open to listen to my needs and try to help out without turning any of my requests down. I feel I have been treated first as a human being, and then as a tenant. I feel lots of appreciation for them for this gentle & kind approach that they have shown. I feel as a 5year old that is being well looked after 😊 I honestly believe that what makes them so great, is all just down to the fact that they are simply a bunch of genuinely wonderful people. If people are genuinely nice, I guess it is very unlikely to mistreat others. So, this I feel is the case with Martin & Co Guildford team, and they are so nice. They are just nice people to start with. To conclude, I feel too lucky that it happened to rent a place from them. If it is to rent another place again, it will have to be again from Martin & Co Guildford. I trust them 100% for all my house living matters. I would not take the risk to rent from any other team & company, as I already know how superior Martin & Co Guildford are. Thank you for everything Martin & Co Guildford.
