I was contacted via facebook by a member of Martin and Co's team, as a negative review had been posted on their google page by someone matching my name and picture, and as they have no record of me using any of their services they were puzzled why. Given I had written no such review, and my google account is set not to reveal my full name and I do not have a picture uploaded I was very concerned. Upon searching I can see someone has set up an account in my name and stolen a picture of me. I have no idea why anyone would use my details - it is both fraudulent and a criminal to impersonate someone else online. I have flagged this up with google and will refer this to the IC3 (Internet crime complaint centre) if the review is not removed and the fake account deleted. I can only assume that someone with an interest in discrediting this company would go to the trouble to set up a fake account and leave negative review. I have left this review to make others aware of what is happening, and left 5 stars to balance out the fake 1 star review left by the fake account. I will remove this review when the fake review has been removed.
