Incompetent estate agent. PLEASE AVOID THEM. When you finish your tenancy agreement they will want to deduct money for PETTY THINGS. If there is dust inside the radiator they will charge you. Unacceptable service. I had to come all the way from London to Guildford to see the property and few hours before the appointment I called the office and agent told me that they forgot to send me a cancellation email and that the property has been let.

Estate agents didn't even give me more information on the property I was interested in. Found out a week later someone had already made an offer on the property. Don't go to these estate agents, especially if you're a student.

THING TWICE BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICES! Not professional at all, I live in a property managed by them and the house is not in a proper condition at all, contrary to what we have signed for in the contract. For example, the garden is not maintained as it was supposed to be. The shower is broken and is taking them more than a month to fix it! The whole house (especially the curtains) should have been professionally cleaned prior to our moving in but they were rather not and there are many other responsibilities which have not been met! This is without a doubt the worst letting experience we have ever had. We have been left feeling extremely disappointed with our experience of this agent. On moving into the property it had not been professionally cleaned. The agent was very abrasive and unhelpful at times when appliances were not working. I have rented in and around London for many years and have never had an experience quite like this one. 0 star Rating for me. Very poor and unprofessional service and I would not recommend. My experience unfortunately mirrors the other 1 star reviews.
