Awful customer service.

Unacceptable service. I had to come all the way from London to Guildford to see the property and few hours before the appointment I called the office and agent told me that they forgot to send me a cancellation email and that the property has been let.

Estate agents didn't even give me more information on the property I was interested in. Found out a week later someone had already made an offer on the property. Don't go to these estate agents, especially if you're a student.

THING TWICE BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICES! Not professional at all, I live in a property managed by them and the house is not in a proper condition at all, contrary to what we have signed for in the contract. For example, the garden is not maintained as it was supposed to be. The shower is broken and is taking them more than a month to fix it! The whole house (especially the curtains) should have been professionally cleaned prior to our moving in but they were rather not and there are many other responsibilities which have not been met! This is without a doubt the worst letting experience we have ever had. We have been left feeling extremely disappointed with our experience of this agent. On moving into the property it had not been professionally cleaned. The agent was very abrasive and unhelpful at times when appliances were not working. I have rented in and around London for many years and have never had an experience quite like this one. 0 star Rating for me. Very poor and unprofessional service and I would not recommend. My experience unfortunately mirrors the other 1 star reviews.

Very Poor Service- never met a group of individuals so unwilling to do their job. Have to call many many times for basic services. Would be 0 stars.

Dont' go there. The moment I moved in the property I'm renting from them, I just had problems and problems. First with the washing machine, then with a leaking shower. A guy came for the shower but barely fixed anything and I had to call again, and they almost refused to send someone else. Also, central heating starts once in ten, the bathroom's sink is leaking too, and the carpet is disgusting, while they promised to wash it "professionally" before I arrive. The appartment is not well maintained and they don't care about the well being of their tenants.

We rented through one of their managed properties- took a long time to get anything fixed with several months of calls and emails and they tried to charge us for stuff that had been marked during the inspection by us and dismissed by their employee when checking in. Would never use them again.
