From the moment I met Garry I was impressed with his professionalism and service offered. Garry kept in regular touch over an unavoidable protracted time before property could be put on the market. Garrys professionalism was mirrored by Henry who handled sale of property assisted by his team. Henry, Charlie and his team conducted a visit to property in order to familiarise themselves on what property had to offer. I was given regular feedback from when I put property on the market which encompassed interest/viewings/offers and sale. Henry gave good advice which resulted in ultimate offers and sale. Kat Mroz was the estate agent that I bought my house through, she is very personable, empathetic and professional. It was a long journey (10 months from initial viewing to moving in) but we maintained rapport throughout. Just to start, please excuse my username. I have just spoken to Kat, I was enquiring about a property I viewed earlier last week to see if it's been sold. Kat was very genuine and like a fresh breath of Air, told me the information I required. She also sounded very genuine and caring and very polite. I'm lost for words. Having dealt with a lot of estate agents over the last few months, Kat Mroz in the Guildford office has been the most professional and courteous, especially with her knowledge of either the area or property. She represent herself and company well.
