Jonathan and his team really impressed us throughout the process. We particularly appreciated the chance to speak to all the agents who would show the house to indicate all the best elements of the home we loved. Friendly knowledgable service, Lisa went the extra mile going out of her way to get my boiler serviced (a condition of the sale.) The property was sold with me being at the other end of the country, having a good agent was vital and Curchods delivered.

Don't shoot the messenger..

If Estate Agents have a less than sparkling reputation it's not because of the people I dealt with at Curchods, Guildford. A difficult purchase made much more palatable by the staff.

Just brilliant in every way

I cannot fault Curchods for their service. Thanks must go especially the the wonderful and eternally patient Henry Stoneley, for whom nothing was too much trouble. In my opinion, his level of care and support was simply astonishing. Without doubt the best estate agent that I have ever dealt with, and I cannot recomment highly enough.

Efficient, friendly and no pushy

I have dealt with around a dozen different estate agents as a buyer, tenant and landlord. To be blunt, until Curchods, it was always an unpleasant experience. Often, with high pressure calls from the estate agents expressing the dire consequences if some action or another is not taken. Curchods was actually a pleasant experience. My dealings with them were for a house purchase which took several months (due to various complications outside of their control). But they always remained calm and kept everything on track. They will be my 1st call should I wish to buy, sell or rent in their area.

Helpful and supportive

Jonathan and Lisa helped my mother sell the house she had lived in for many years - not an easy process - but their kindness, efficiency and expertise was much appreciated in taking us through the sale from the initial valuation to moving out day. They handled everything very sensitively and I would recommend them.

We dealt with the Godalming branch of Burns and Webber buying our house and found their professionalism, speed of response and pro-activity top notch. I would like to commend Robbie in particular for making the whole process of buying a house far less stressful than I could ever have imagined.
