Good estate agents can sometimes be hard to find so when you do find one you need to add them to your contact list, Matthew Addison-Smith of Curchods is one of those agents. He does exactly what is required - professional with fantastic communication skills and a full understanding of the foibles of a housing chain from clients to solicitors. We did not instruct Matthew from Curchods directly (he was acting on behalf of our seller) but we will do if the opportunity to move arises again. Highly recommended

We are really pleased with the service Curchods has offered us. We had a few chain breaks along the way and they were quick and efficient in finding replacement buyers and getting our house sold. We started out just purchasing through them but soon signed up to have them sell our property too as we were keen on their proactive approach. Bertie has overseen our case and he has always been easy to get hold of and very good at keeping the communication lines open via calls and emails.
