We have recently exchanged contracts on the purchase of a property in Guildford. The process itself was complicated due to the nature of the sale, but Curchods, and especially Matthew, made it as painless as possible. He was constantly providing updates for us, liaising with our own estate agents for our sale and all the solicitors involved, and chasing things to keep them moving along. He was always reachable by phone or email and booked in additional viewings, often at short notice, to accommodate various contractors and surveyors. A good experience all round. I received sensible, informed advice about pricing and timing when I put my property on the market. Subsequently, the team were proactive in pushing forward the sale process and responsive to my queries. They wasted no time in putting the property back on the market and finding another buyer (within days) when the initial buyer pulled out. Bertie Russell, in particular, deserves commendation for going out of his way to address last minute queries from the new buyer and making sure the sale went through in quite stressful circumstances.
