Ellie Garside was wonderful with managing the selling of our property, we didn't have to worry too much about viewings like we did when we listed with another EA. We started getting viewings from the second day we listed and there was no without at least 2 viewings till we sold. We were even away for over a month and she and her team did the viewings for us. We had a viewing that ended up being a bulk viewing on Sunday with the lovely Mel. She was very helpful, informative and any questions she didn't have the answers for she made a note to ask. Despite there being quite a few people looking we didn't lack for her attention or feelings under serviced and she made sure to include everyone around when giving out information.
