I just want to update my review after completing. I’ll be honest, originally I had little intention to use Manning Stainton for my sale. Experience with a different office gave me a poor impression, but the Pudsey branched completely flipped that opinion on its head. Ben originally came round to value the property and talk through the process. It felt like other agents were trying to draw me in with a high valuations, whilst he came across as realistic and transparent. Charlotte originally dealt with a lot of the set up, viewings and offers etc. She was brilliant throughout. Eventually our Sales progression was handed over to Deborah who was equally amazing. Attentive, responsive and genuinely seemed to push across the board to get things over the line. I can genuinely say, there’s no question they will be first in the door if I need an agent in the future…hopefully not for a very long time….

We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Manning Stainton. Huge thanks to Debbie at the Pudsey branch who was brilliant throughout, very professional and went above and beyond to help us get our home sold. She was also very supportive and happy to lend an ear when things were stressful. You really couldn’t ask for more from an estate agent. We would recommend Manning Stainton to anyone wishing to sell their home, they are the best estate agent in the area by far!

I am in the process of purchasing my first home and Debbie has been great. We purchased an apartment through manning Stainton and without the continuous support from Deborah I think I might have pulled out 6mths back and forth with solicitors Deborah chased them for me aswell keeping me updated I can't thank her enough for her support nothing was too much trouble.
