The process from start to the tenant moving in has been very professionally, and efficiently handled, while being friendly as well. House hunting to rent in Guildford seemed no easy feat so after four weeks, 20-odd viewings and seven agencies, we were delighted to find a property with The Home Club. Rachel, who showed us the house and took us through the bidding process, was friendly, professional and responsive, providing advice and information when requested. The Home Club’s referencing process was outsourced which was a little clunky, but any issues we had were quickly resolved by The Home Club and we were into our new home less than two weeks from viewing!
