Very smooth process. Quite quick as well, from viewing to making an offer and moving in took just under three weeks! Rachel was professional but friendly and always replied to calls or emails within an hour. Happy we used them and would do so again in the future.

I recently moved into Guildford and so I had no prior knowledge of any of the rental agencies in the area. The Home Club were by far the most helpful and proactive throughout finding and securing a property to rent. Rachel ensured that the process went as smoothly and quickly as possible. The Home Club also makes use of online systems that can be used to check the current state of the tenancy throughout the tenancy, which I hadn't experienced with previous rental agencies.
