My experience ended up being very positive, thanks entirely to the hard work and dedication of Deborah Cundill‑Houghton (Debbie). We’ve just completed on our sale with Mannings after almost seven months, and it was an extremely stressful process due to one solicitor in the chain who was, quite frankly, a nightmare. If it hadn’t been for Debbie’s honesty, practical approach, and determination, I don’t believe it would have completed at all. Despite clearly juggling many stressed clients, Debbie always made me feel like I was the only person she was supporting. The conveyancing process can be incredibly overwhelming, but she guided me through barrier after barrier with patience, reassurance, and clear communication. By the end, I genuinely felt like I’d made a friend. We worked through some very challenging circumstances together, and I can’t thank her enough for getting us over the line. Debbie is a real trooper who will work her socks off for her clients and is a huge asset to Mannings. Highly recommended.

Not sure what black magic Gemma And Rochelle at MS were pulling off, but they can't be faulted for all of the chasing they did on my behalf as a FTB. Communication was brilliant and I feel genuinely lucky as to how stress free my experience has been. Thank you!!
