I have switched Estate agents to Manning Stainton and oh my what a difference, the sales staff have been on point every step of the way with arranging viewings and the photographs of the house finally serve it justice and has had so many more viewing in a month than we had in a year from the previous estate agent. The house is now sold thanks to Debbie Cundill-Houghton who deserves a wage rise for all the hard work and chasing she has done for our previous time wasters. Every step of the way she has kept us up to date and got is over the line for us. Thank you so much. ​​

The viewings to the Guildford property were dealt with by Miss Lily Sharpin. A young, courteous, professional and dedicated member of The Home Club. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient and willing to help and assist at the drop of a hat. She is an absolute credit to the company. Not just to her clients, but when doing a viewing she is respectful to the owners and their property and I witnessed her politely asking clients to remove their shoes and checking that the property is still in perfect order and thoroughly secure before leaving the viewing. An absolute memorable and reassuring viewing, and what a pleasure to see such a young person working to such high, professional standards. Lily even took time out to return to the property so that I could measure for wardrobes, during her very busy schedule. A true asset to The Home Club delivering an excellent experience and service. I did not meet Mr. Henri Peters, her manager, but when Lily was unable to answer certain queries, he called immediately with a response. He too being extremely professional and helpful at all times. There are many emails pre-letting that need responding to quickly to get signed up, some of which are long, and are time consuming. I would say if this is your first time renting, take time to read everything and don't be pushed into quickly signing things as you may miss something. The various emails fly through thick and fast at this time. My son sadly misread a date, which meant he was committed to the property for quite a long time before he could cease his other rental. His fault, but just a warning on this, because only naturally the landlords want a new tenant to continue an income coming in and The Home Club want to find someone for a property as soon as possible to continue their business. An individual company does the actual handover, who also deserve a five star rating for their friendliness and thoroughness, making it an easy and pleasurable experience. Post customer care is dealt with by the maintenance team at The Home Club. The members of the team I have spoken to continue the fabulous Home Club experience, but currently the answers to queries are very slow and maintenance issues have not yet been dealt with after quite a few days, but I am not saying that that is their fault with all the queries, it may be a problem with communicating with the owners of the property on some issues. I am still more than happy to give this company a very deserved five star rating.

We dealt with Manning Stainton for a probate sale and were very impressed with the service - from Emma's realistic and professional market appraisal to Ellie's friendly and assured hand-holding through the viewing and bidding stage to the deft chivvying from Gemma and Rochelle keeping all parties on the ball through to completion. Everyone did their bit with competence and good humour which helped make a stressful time as pleasant as possible. They know the patch and they know how to sell houses. Would highly recommend.

Just recently sold my flat through Manning Stainton in Pudsey and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell a property. Ellie Garside was our sales representative and really pulled it out of the bag in being able to get the property on line, keeping us informed of it's status and getting in viewings super quick. This has really hassle free process and we are grateful for the attentive care. We have now had our handover to Habib who is looking after us now that the property has sold, a very smooth handover, a lovely introductory call and again the confidence that we are in good hands.
