So many estate agents.. you think who do I go with.. I put my flat (ground floor) up for sale and also the gentleman who owns the two story upstairs put his up for sale with a different estate agents… it’s down to not only the big things (THE SALE) but the small things.. DOUG AND MICHAELA along with the rest of the team kept me very well informed.. THEY really do push and push for a sale for you.. I had a few viewings where as upstairs have had one, mine sold quicker than I thought… I got the full asking price even though mine made a lower offer (people do try) the photos they take are amazing plus I came home one day and my board had been changed which made it stand out even more… they are extremely professional and have YOUR best interests at heart.. extremely friendly with updates which is what you need… every single time I rang THEY ANSWERED and whoever answered they knew what was going on.. much appreciated.. At the end of the day it’s all about the sell… and DDM SOLD!! I have another house which at some point will be going up for sale and have DDM on standby for when it does.. I am myself a stickler for professionalism and Doug and his team exceeded that.. thank you
