Balgores are an exceptionally professional estate agency. We were impressed from the very start by their tenacious approach to getting our business. This carried on throughout the sale of my house. The photos and marketing brochure were of a very good quality. They were extremely proactive in finding purchasers. We dealt with Connor Murphy, Jason Perry and Andrew Perry, the branch manager, all of whom were outstanding. There was never any time when I felt that I did not have information about viewings or interest being shown. We had frank and open discussions about the marketing of our property all backed up with substantial facts, figures and local knowledge of the market. We were kept apprised of any activity and the staff made contact even when there was no activity to report. The exchange of contracts did not go exactly to plan but Andrew and his staff stayed abreast of all developments and pushed extremely hard to ensure the exchange went as smoothly as possible, again keeping us fully apprised at all times. We felt valued as a customer. Having been on the market with another local agent previously and been disappointed with the service we were delighted to experience the high quality of service that Balgores provided. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Andrew Perry came out and did the initial valuation and explained exactly what we could expect from himself and his team. Within 24hrs photos where done and the property was on the market. Within two days we had our first viewing The viewing 's where handled professionally and timely by Andrew or one of his excellent team. Folllowing being let down by a previous agency, Francesca at Balgores came to our rescue! Another agency had exclusivity and no tenant after 2 months. I explained the implications of this to Francesca and said we needed a tenant in the property within 3 weeks. Francesca collected the key from the other agency the same day and was marketing the property by the end of the day. Some prep needed doing and Francesca handled it all- including going and buying fire alarms and getting extra keys cut herself as we couldn’t get there. She checked costs by us first so no nasty surprises, and a tenant moved in within a week. You will not regret asking Francesca to handle the letting of your property!
