After my father died, my mother made the brave decision to sell the family home of 53 years. After engaging a local firm for a few months they only sent a couple of people round and then expected my 83 year mother to show them around the house!! Not being very impressed, we decided that a change in estate agents was needed and engaged Balgores instead, wow what a difference, things moved very quickly and the house was sold within no time. Andrew Perry was out main contact who knows about customer service very considerate of mum all the time not worrying her with the stressful stuff unnecessarily. ALL the staff were very helpful and professional and know the local market. A couple of months after Balgores successfully sold the family home for us, I put mine on the market, and had no doubt who the best agent for the job would be! Again my house was sold in a few weeks, not being a very straight forward sale Andrew and his team still managed it with total professionalism. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Balgores estate agent (Lettings team) are the best estate agent I’ve ever worked with! They are very helpfully, polite and always went then extra mile to make sure I was happy and they made sure I understood every step of the process I was experiencing. Lucy, Jo and Francesca clearly know what they’re doing and wouldn’t recommend any other estate agent to use (as you know they are many in Gravesend lol) The lettings team also do they’re job properly. So If your looking for a Kent property why not start with them so you can have peace of mind!
