During the viewings they showed detailed knowledge of our house, answering any questions viewers might have and offering real insight on the surrounding areas for potential buyers who weren't familiar with Gravesend. Kam the Director was personally involved in the sale once a buyer was found, ensuring everything went through smoothly. Have used Balgores to purchase a property and then twice to rent the property out. They have been completely amazing and professional throughout. My most recent time with them - I had some difficulties with a tenant and the letting team was super in providing support and help and going over above their duties to assist and then managed to get a new tenant with minimal turnaround time.
