I recently sold with Balgores and the experience was great. Lots of viewings from day one and when offers came in they did not try to convince me to take the first one but carried on showing people round which resulted in a higher offer being recieved. They clearly had my best interests at heart which went along way with me. Jason kept me fully updated every step of the way and I never had to chase for information at any point. I used with their recommended solicitors and I was equally empressed with them as I was Balgores with the deal taking less than 7 weeks to go through. Would highly recommend to all friends and family when they need to buy or sell a house.

These guys give you a totally new experience of estate agency. The level of professionalism and care is incredible. The amount of times Jason went over and above what was required was simply unreal. He even helped push through the sale of our property, even though we had another agent instructed. Jason actually managed them! He also pushed through the sale of the property we bought as well as managing the successful sale of our buyers.....he literally looked after the entire chain and process. Balgores never missed a call when they promised one, and always answered when you needed them. We could not recommend them highly enough.
