Now that we've finally come to the end of the house sale process, I can honestly say that I have no regrets about my decision. These guys were consistently polite, calm, professional and most importantly, personable. Nothing ever seemed too much effort for them and I never got the feeling that I was being a hindrance. Their communication is on point - whenever I was told that I would get a call back, I would (which I know from past experience is not always the case with estate agents) It's been a pleasure dealing with Balgores and I wish them the very best in smashing the Gravesend market! Excellent service from a hard working team. In particular I am very grateful to Connor for his consistently excellent service. The branch manager Andrew Perry provided a detailed and accurate valuation. I was instilled with confidence from the offset; Andrew provided me with detailed research he'd conducted and was very honest. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was obviously very experienced. I was confident that signing up was a sensible decision. He was realistic but provided a better and more specific valuation than competitors. The photographer (an independent company) used by Balgores was fantastic; the owner visited himself, taking photographs and floor plan at very short notice. The attention to detail is excellent and they advise you on how to present your home for selling. The quality of the photography was exceptional and the property was well presented in images. When looking over Balgores' website I noticed the high quality of photos, which is what caught my attention in the first place. Within a matter of days Balgores had viewings lined up. It was obvious they had a healthy base of clients as this was before the property was launched on Rightmove and Zoopla. When I visited their branch, I found it well located, right near the railway station and car parking. It is well presented, very welcoming and well staffed. Connor was leading the sale and he kept me updated at all times. He regularly updated me with regards to viewings that were booked and feedback. He secured a sale straight away at exactly the figure they stated they would. Connor went above and beyond to facilitate viewings, as well as my phone calls. His communication skills are excellent and he was easily reachable, whether by phone or email. He was very honest and was able to give me sound advice when I needed it. Connor was very active in keeping the sale progressing, liaising with buyer, seller and solicitors. I was impressed by his proactiveness and approachability. He is a credit to the company. When Connor was out on viewings, Frank was on hand to answer any queries. Andrew was also available to provide updates. The whole branch was so efficient and very responsive, messages are always relayed to the right person. Their fees were reasonable and fair. Having such a professional business handling the sale on my behalf was very reassuring and I am relieved I didn't try to give it a go myself. I was so impressed that I referred a neighbour to Balgores who promptly secured their sale. I strongly recommend anyone use them and am sure you will get the same exceptional service. 5* thank you.

I have recently been involved in an extremely complicated purchase which involved a long chain and a number of difficult and challenging parties. I can say in all honesty that had it not been for Andrew Perry at Balgores it would have without doubt failed on many occasions. Andrew kept us informed, and was consistent and supportive throughout the long and arduous process - often when it was not his responsibility to do so.
