The team went above and beyond to ensure that everything went according to plan. Stacey even stayed late on a Friday night as there was a minor issue that couldn’t be avoided to make sure I got the keys on time. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!PositiveProfessionalism

Brilliant service from this estate agent and the team. This is my second time dealing with this brilliant organisation. If you want to sell your home they are the team to use. Thank you all for such great customer service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Amazing! As a first time buyer, the team at RM&J couldn’t have been more helpful, from answering questions to ensuring a speedy process. Lily and Jade made the process smooth and stress free by dealing with the important stuff, leaving me with just the exciting stuff! A big Thankyou to the team!PositiveProfessionalism

Abbie at RMJ gravesend was professional and guided us through the process of letting our property. She has been helpful and has gone out of her way to answer all our questions and make the whole experience as easy and painless as possible. The property let within days at more than we expected. Couldn’t be happier with the service receivedPositiveProfessionalism

We were extremely pleased with the professional service we received from Andy at RMJ Gravesend. He was always contactable and very helpful all throughout the sale process. Andy always kept us informed and was very friendly and reliable.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The property I was selling sold within a week of going on sale, and it only needed one morning of showing viewers around the property. Robinson Michael Jackson did a great job of lining up the potential buyers in advance of the property being able to go on the market, just like they'd said they would, so that it sold promptly with minimum fuss.

Our house chain was no smooth process but the team were super helpful along the way always keeping us informed, not to mention because we were with both Robinson Michael and Jackson and using the Mortgage Advise Bureau to help us get the best deal possible the process was self contained within the branch, in fact our sale progressor sits right next to our MAB consultant Ben, Special mention goes to Jo at the branch as a sales progressor, despite our purchase being cut very close she was clear, concise and made us feel at ease when things didnt go according to plan further up in the chain. We appreciated this calmness since we were newly weds and needed to arrange a house purchase in between wedding plans and a post pandemic world! Big Thanks to the RMJ Team in Gravesend!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Would highly recommend Robinson and Jackson. Recently purchased our new home, which my wife and I are very happy with. R & J were always on the end of the phone when we needed any updates with the progress of our purchase, and couldnt do enough to ensure all went as smooth as possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
