Made an appointment to sell an apartment in Grantham Wed 3rd at 1pm confirmed by Belvoir by text in advance - drove 130 miles from home. Agent Rob Anderson did not show up & despite my having called their office that morning with my ID's. Waited outside the property for 35mins. No show - no phone call or subsequent apology. Do you want to deal with these people?

On the day in question I made a irresponsible mistake with my diary and that then meant that I missed our appointment. I had a very bad experiance with this company . The first thing is there are to many staff changes way to often and the property manager changes to often. When I was in my previous flat there were so many issues and never got sorted until environmental health came in to investigate all the issues and mould. I do believe that the landlord/landlady are never really informed of issues or they are ignorant and as long as there getting there rent don't care. I also think before showing people your properties they should be clean and match the advertising pictures or made up to date. I would not use this company again as there properties are not up to scratch . The last issue is with the forms all online what if you are an elderly person or have no internet then what? There is to many chiefs with this company and not enough Indians. I hope this company improves as it has left a bad taste in my mouth I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In response to Belvoir Carly I do not want to speak to you as I tried that in the past and got passed on to someone else your company is a joke

Be a tenant for 6 months.

Be a tenant for 6 months. Really poor service. Take ages to respond to emails. Make promises for maintenance to attend and break them . Had no hot water for weeks and they were very causal. Took time off work tinker people into the property for repairs and they never turned up.

Wouldnt even give a star, first off rang up about a leak over a week ago and yet no one has been to sort it, i have had to make a temp fix but yet still no plumber, other half has sent through app about faulty toilet light, (not bulb have checked must be faulty wireing) and also when running a bath the pipes sound like they are going to blow up, we have a 2month old and 5year old in house which you no about, thid isnt on, and im holding rent payment back until all this is sorted, and when landlord asks why he hasnt had his rent you can tell him the reason why, shocking behavouir on your part!!

Not a particularly helpful company to deal with. I had bad experiences 2 years ago when they lost all of my personal identification documents provided and seemed to not care that they had. More recently they have had poor out of hours support when required and recommended fixing things myself instead of dealing with the issue with maintenance staff. My house has also been accessed by staff without prior warning for which they have apologised for. I am aware of others who have had issues recently with Belvoir.

Nightmare!!!!!

Absolutely unprofessional. Not helpful at all. Moved out of 7 Sudbury Road in Grantham after having paid 6 month rent in advance and 1.100 GBP deposit. Hannah checked me out after 6 month and she and the landlord tried really hard to find any scratch on the walls to claim my deposit. Even charged me 35 Pounds for dust on sockets. Now in dispute 320 Pounds. Disgusting! This property has bad debts so the next one who moves in will have to experience that the credit rating will go down. Very greedy landlord. Will deduct what ever he can

Wouldnt even give a star very poor service not helped with leak even tho have a 2month old and 5 year old in house, had to sort myself (not a plumber), pipes sound like guna blow when run a bath and dodgy wireing in bathroom, no1 as yet to sort this, when landlord asks why they havent got there rent u can tell them why, shamefull behavouir

Relocating from London -

Relocating from London - everything planned and were told the boiler in the house was not working so it was technically no habitable and should not have even been on the market. Very frustrating and costly for us - property still listed on available to let when the repair had not been done after it had been identified. Very disappointing chain of communication with Hannah.
