Alex, we are very sorry to receive your 1 star rating. I understand you spoke with my colleague as unfortunately the property you had booked a viewing for had subsequently let and therefore the viewing was cancelled. We have a high volume of booked viewings but if the Landlord decides to accept an application, then unfortunately we do have to proceed with cancelling all other viewings booked. You will remain on our database to be notified immediately of any changes with the property and new properties coming available. We very hope much we can assist you with finding a suitable property. Extremely bad experience. Viewing cancelled citing the property has been rented when the property is still out for rent in Rightmove.

We are very sorry Muktamala that you have been dissatisfied with the service provided. We can confirm that the property in question has been let, an application has been accepted by the landlord and the holding fee paid by the applicant accepted, but the advertisement was not amended to let agreed due to time constraints. We merely do not wish to waste anyone's time in viewing a property that is already under application. The advertisement will be changed with immediate effect today to let agreed. We did advise in the cancellation correspondence that if there are any other properties that you are interested in, please don't hesitate to contact us. We hope this clarifies matters.

Absolute joke of a letting agency. Have rented for 20 years and the Grantham branch are the worst yet. Mould in the rooms for over 12 months and no action taken from them. Wall paper handing off of walls. Fence panels broken that was promised to be repaired 2 years ago. The staff have no sense of communication after being past from puller to post of 4 different members of which 2 left. Electric is the house not up to date with certificates. DO NOT LET FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dishonest &

Critical: Professionalism, Responsivenes Registered to rent a property as we hadn't found the right house to buy. If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been let down and lied to. Don't come back to you when they say they will and dont have the decency to apologise when they get it wrong...just try to cover it up with lies! Appalling customer service.

Me and my partner booked a viewing 5 days ahead. We both took a day off to see the property, rings us 2hr before to tell its been let! GREAT time to let us know! Should be a set date when landlord decides , not 2 hrs before viewing!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Probably worst company ever,

Probably worst company ever, unfortunately has almost all the market in Grantham. From the beginning bad experience- we came from London to see a house and they took us to another completely different. In the end we rented something with them but it’s awful - every time you have a problem it takes ages to sort even if it’s a leak. The worst one is the fence part, that it’s really unbelievable - the fence in the garden and outside felt with the wind around 10 months ago and it’s still the same, on the ground, I can’t even go out in the garden. I sent them countless messages, emails and nothing was done. In the last mail I was pretty upset so finally they sent somebody to see it- surprise, they now realised for the outside fence they need to also speak with the council so now we have to wait for them! Really, if you have the option never rent with them, it’s better for your sanity!
