I had a very bad experiance with this company . The first thing is there are to many staff changes way to often and the property manager changes to often. When I was in my previous flat there were so many issues and never got sorted until environmental health came in to investigate all the issues and mould. I do believe that the landlord/landlady are never really informed of issues or they are ignorant and as long as there getting there rent don't care. I also think before showing people your properties they should be clean and match the advertising pictures or made up to date. I would not use this company again as there properties are not up to scratch . The last issue is with the forms all online what if you are an elderly person or have no internet then what? There is to many chiefs with this company and not enough Indians. I hope this company improves as it has left a bad taste in my mouth I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In response to Belvoir Carly I do not want to speak to you as I tried that in the past and got passed on to someone else your company is a joke
