Phoned the lady who answered didn't seem to know much, maybe a trainee.

Helpful if you are persistent. Can only do things on line! This makes us faceless so it feels as if there is no real connection or commitment by staff.

Although we have an option for viewings to be booked online and this is the preference as it means applicants can book their own viewing times to suit them, team members can assist with booking viewings as and when required if applicants are not familiar or comfortable with this process. Our application process is also conducted online for speed however team members can assist with completing information required if applicants are struggling. The online processes have been paramount to continuing to run our business with the national COVID-19 pandemic. The team are there to help and assist when necessary and will go the extra mile given the opportunity. We hope we can turn the situation around for you.

Still waiting for repairs to

Still waiting for repairs to be done. Curtains fittings and toilet base. Needs to be refitted. Contractor hasn't been in contact

Sorry to say but many downsides about them, probably lack of communication between agency and landlord or people in agency. They passing through info and half way disappearing. When you have to sort something out it must be immediate but when you ask them it takes a lot of time to wait for results. Employees nice and friendly but less helpful then they could.
