Joanne and the team at Burns & Webber Godalming proved invaluable to us throughout the process of finding our new home. From the outset, they showed us relevant, in-budget , high quality properties which closely matched our search criteria. After finding and successfully securing our new home, they guided us through the entire sale process excellently, kept us regularly updated and acted as a thoroughly professional adviser. Having had such a positive experience I would not hesitate in recommending them for both sale and acquisition purposes and will undoubtedly be using them again myself in the future. Thank you!
We bought our first house through Burns and Webber. As first time buyers, all the staff were very helpful and quick to answer our questions. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.
All the staff at Burns and Webber worked incredibly hard on our behalf. ours was a difficult sale as it proved...part of a complicated chain which took nearly 6 months from offer to completion. It was gruelling for all of us and everyone at Burns and Webber especially Joanne Fox in those last few frustrating weeks, was helpful, informed and somehow managed to keep positive! It all worked out in the end, but what a lot of work!
We bought and sold with Burns & Webber and highly recommend them. They were professional and organised without being pushy which can be the case with other agents. Joanne mainly dealt with us and was friendly and helpful and responded to our queries in an open and timely way. Many thanks for making this a positive experience.
Burns & Webber were very efficient, easy to get hold of, and enabled a smooth first time buyer experience. Karl was helpful throughout, and made sure that we were well informed at each stage of the process. If we were to move in the future we would use Burns & Webber to act as our agents.
I’m not one to really bother writing reviews but I’ve had such an outstanding experience from Burns & Webber Godalming from start to finish that I felt compelled to write this review. Specifically, they call you back when they say they are going to. I really knew that they were working so very hard to sell my house and even when they didn’t have anything to report, they still made contact to keep me updated which I found very reassuring. I felt they were absolutely worth their weight in gold as each and every member of staff was professional, friendly and hard working. Even post sale this continued, right the way through to completion. Burns and Webber were the second agent I used for my house sale and I wish I had marketed with them from the start. Don’t waste your time with other agents. Burns and Webber know the market, but don’t forgot you’re a real person selling your home. I highly recommend them!!
We brought our house through Burns & Webber in July 2016 and we couldn't be happier with their service. Charlie was amazing; negotiating a fall out in the chain, our online estate agent (who were useless!) and Brexit - Burns and Webber were brilliant the entire time. Charlie always knew exactly what was going on, was quick to respond to emails and had to do extra work to get everything through. We really appreciate their kind and prompt service and if and when we sell again - we will definitely be contacting Charlie.
The parents, staff, governors and children of St Cuthbert Mayne school would like to thank Burns & Webber for sponsoring the hugely successful Christmas Fair. The advertising boards promoted the fair and The Friends raised a large amount towards creating a better outdoor space for the school. Thank you again for your continued support. It’s great working with local businesses as we have such a wonderful community in Cranleigh.
Thank you Burns & Webber for all your support and for promoting Tilford Cricket Club. TCC would particularly like to thank the Farnham team and especially Dan Dewar, the Branch Manager, who we hold in high regard. Burns & Webber in Farnham is a good local firm and a strong supporter of the surrounding community.
As Chairman of Rowledge Cricket Club for the last 5 years Burns & Webber have been our main club sponsor. They have always supported us from the smallest of things to helping us get new expensive purchases for the club. They are always trying to find ways to make things happen within the club and thinking outside the box so to speak. i cannot thank them enough for their continued support and without their support we would struggle to get things done off the field. I just need them to turn out each week for the teams and it would a perfect marriage so to speak. Keep up the good work in the community.
