I received a very professional service from all the staff at the Godalming office. All my enquiries were promptly addressed and dealt with to my full satisfaction. Feedback following viewings was good. During the process of completing the chain and moving towards exchange every effort was made to keep me fully informed of all developments. Whilst everyone I dealt with was very professional, I thought Joanne Fox did a particularly good job of investigating the chain and keeping the pressure on all parties to keep things moving to exchange.

Burns and Webber did an amazing job selling my house after a sale had fallen through 6 months before. There had been little to no viewings with the previous agent for some months, but straight away they were able to arrange quality viewings once I had instructed them. They kept me fully updated throughout, and never failed to give me feedback after every viewing. They filled me with complete confidence that they would sell my home after I had lost confidence in the market. Once they had negotiated the sale of my property, they were instrumental in securing me a lovely new home, at a time when I never thought I would be buying somewhere that I really loved. The whole team were incredibly helpful and professional, but Joanne Fox was invaluable throughout the whole process, proactively following up on the chain, and ensuring the transaction moved quickly. She also offered a supportive ear during what can be a stressful time and filled me with the utmost confidence throughout. Thank you again!

My husband and I can't speak more highly of Joanne and the team at Burns and Webber in Godalming. We felt that Joanne really took the time to understood our needs when looking for a house and her down to earth and approachable manner made the process of buying a house a lot easier. Joanne and the other members of the team always conducted themselves in a friendly but professional manner and we would definitely recommend this team of agents when house hunting in the Guildford /Godalming area.
