After struggling to sell our house with another agent Churchods were a refreshingly professional and level headed agent. Our first visit by Jonathan for the valuation gave us great confidence we were bringing the right people on board. Further visits from his team to make sure they understood the property, asking as many questions as possible meant no frustrating follow ups; we were confident any buyer would have the information they needed. Caroline was instrumental in pushing the sale through - fast with communication and solving any issues that arose , making sure we completed at the price agreed.
