I rented a flat through Northwood for almost 2 years and they were always quick to sort any maintenance issues etc. They were also very fair with the return of the deposit once the tenancy ended.

I’ve been with Northwood for a year and a half now and i’ve had numerous issues with pipes / leaks in my flat. They always get back to me on the same day, usually within the hour and have a contractor out usually within 2. They’ve even been able to get people out to us for emergencies on weekends. Best letting agents i’ve been with in glasgow, absolutely 10/10

Great letting agent! I’ve experienced a few different companies around Glasgow and Northwood as been by far the best. Treats their tenants like actual people and are always there if you need a hand with anything. Staff are friendly and they are extremely reasonable with deposit returns which is where I think lots of companies try and sneak extra money out of people.

Its been a very pleasant experience of renting through Northwood for nearly 4 years. Rosalind has made it a very smooth process to getting the apartment contract ready and move in easily. Aimie has provided fantastic support throughout the tenancy and resolved any repair issues quickly. I would highly recommend this agency to future tenants!

We have been tenants with Northwood for more than 6 months now and we cannot recommend them more. We haven’t experienced any of the nightmare stories that people told us about letting agencies and landlords. Everyone we had been in contact with has been extremely nice and helpful. We had to have a few repairs in the last month and the agency has been amazing at fixing things quickly and efficiently. The amount of communication and consideration to our needs has been incredible.
