Aimee has been a great help during our 4 years stay in Glasgow. She is kind l, attentive, helpful and very understanding. She even came to our house during the winter to drop portable heaters when the unit's central heating failed. They communicate well and not looking for tenant's fault. Highly recommended!

I recently rented a flat with Northwood and I cannot speak highly enough of Aimee. She was so on the ball and always kept me up to date with everything.
