I recently rented a flat with Northwood and I cannot speak highly enough of Aimee. She was so on the ball and always kept me up to date with everything. From before I moved in until after I moved out she was always quick to reply to emails, answering my many, many questions and passing any information back and forth between myself and the landlord. I rented a flat through Northwood for almost 2 years and they were always quick to sort any maintenance issues etc. They were also very fair with the return of the deposit once the tenancy ended.

I’ve been with Northwood for a year and a half now and i’ve had numerous issues with pipes / leaks in my flat. They always get back to me on the same day, usually within the hour and have a contractor out usually within 2. They’ve even been able to get people out to us for emergencies on weekends. Best letting agents i’ve been with in glasgow, absolutely 10/10
