I had a good experience, they weren't much envolved, but they answered when I had an issue, and were helpful both when moving in and moving out. I would recomend them.

We recently bought our home via Nothwood Glasgow. Kyle Robin was great from the start. He worked around our free time and was available on his days off and Sundays to respond to messages or even show the property second or third time. I recently rented a flat with Northwood and I cannot speak highly enough of Aimee. She was so on the ball and always kept me up to date with everything. From before I moved in until after I moved out she was always quick to reply to emails, answering my many, many questions and passing any information back and forth between myself and the landlord. Northwood handled the sale of my rental flat in Glasgow. I live in England, and Northwood also managed everything on my behalf after the company I had paid for to manage my flat let me down badly. Over the years, we encountered a range of repairs and replacements all of which were handled promptly and efficiently. We found everyone working here to be pleasant and very accommodating throughout our time as landlords. As our real estate agents Northwood handled the marketing and sale of our property equally as efficiently. We received multiple offers over the home report in relatively quick turn around from the property going on the market. Would highly recommend.
