Laterally, Aimee was our main point of contact and we found her to be friendly and kind in her communications while also being super responsive, prompt, and professional in her handling of everything. Over the years, we encountered a range of repairs and replacements all of which were handled promptly and efficiently. We found everyone working here to be pleasant and very accommodating throughout our time as landlords. As our real estate agents Northwood handled the marketing and sale of our property equally as efficiently. We received multiple offers over the home report in relatively quick turn around from the property going on the market. Would highly recommend.
