She was awesome, so professional and dealt with every stage from start to finish. Katies’ helpfulness was also mirrored by all the other staff in the office. There may have a few hiccups along the way, but Katies’ attitude of ‘always expect the unexpected’ made light of any problems, and what may have appeared to me to be a major problem, was sorted out in next to no time. So the short of it is ... Katie gets my vote anytime and everytime. It’s just a shame that I don’t have any more London flats to sell!!
