Really terrible experience with a female agent today. She was aggressive on the phone and demanded to know my mortgage in principle. I told her several times that I was at work and she continued to talk over me. My mortgage approval amount was actually greater than the property I enquired about but as the conversation was so unamicable, I decided against this estate agency. Big pity and I hope they can learn to be kinder when dealing with potential customers.
