Do not rent using Aspire. Rented a property through Aspire from June 2018 - June 2019. Lovely property but throughout the tenancy the agency were unhelpful and consistently difficult to get hold of, frequently ignoring our emails (there are some things we never had a response for). We have now moved out and 3.5 months later still have not received the full sum of our deposit. This is being disputed with the landlord but during the dispute we have often had to wait for weeks on end for any response or communication. During the tenancy, we were frequently expected to fix things ourselves (and are now being charged for the contractor call out fees for when we were unable). I have proof that when I reported the intercom as broken when we moved in, I was sent a link to an Amazon page for a new door bell. Would not recommend ever renting through this agency. They are great at selling and a lot of the reviews seem to talk about people's experiences with looking for properties and moving in, but once you're in they stop caring. I also know the new tenants in our old property are having a very miserable time dealing with this agency. Would love to support a local agency in Fulham, but unfortunately this experience has sent me back to Douglas and Gordon who are reliable and responsible.

Extremely unprofessional agency. Multiple issues in a property managed by them which took over 2 years to resolve. Further, don’t expect the return of your thousands of pounds of deposit to be returned in good time. It is not of importance to them and you will be chasing very regularly. 2 months and counting. AVOID - if you like a property, see if other agencies are listing the same one and go with them.

Watch out anyone using @AspireClapham they are the WORST managing agent I have EVER come across! Stay clear #incompetent

Hi Roxanna - sorry to hear that you seem to have had a bad experience. I would suggest you speak to Lorna or Justin at the Balham office who I am sure will be keen to understand the issues better and see what be done to resolve them.
