Romans

I have just purchased a property sold by Romans in Fleet. The service was wonderful. Danielle met me at the property and surprised me with her knowledge of the house and its background. She was happy to come back when I wanted to see it a …

Andy McElligott - Andy was honest, professional and genuinely interested in the outcome of the sale. He stayed focused on the process and re-evaluated the sales plan each time the situation changed. Andy was thorough in his research and …

Helped from start to finish and made what I thought would be a very stressful situation seamless. If your even thinking of moving or looking for an estate agent in the area I couldn't recommend them enough. Andy is the guy to talk to and was so helpful. All in all a great experience for any buying or selling

I am in the process of selling my apartment through Romans and had to say how fantastic the service has been from my initial conversation with Mathew Griffiths to it coming to market and finding a buyer in an amazingly short time. I cannot praise Matthew and the entire Sales Team for their efforts highly enough.

Matthew Griffiths was very helpful, professional and patient during the selling of my home, and even though the sale became challenging at times, he always remained positive. Matthew was always available to answer my questions and up dated me regularly, which was very reassuring during the sale process.

Andy at Romans successfully helped us with both sale & purchase. It was a long a complicated chain, but he managed the challenge very well to bring about a happy ending for us all!

We heave recently been dealing with Matthew Griffiths who has helped us to purchase our new home. The process has not be straight forward but Matthew has been great at communicating to us and our seller the whole way through and I would highly recommend using him.

After using other agents in the area, these guys are leaps above the others, and sold my house in a week. In a market where you need to work to sell a house, and not rely on the internet these are the people to use.

Andy and his cheerful team helped to minimise the stress involved in selling our house, which we sold two days after the Open House - always there to help move things forward

5 Star experience provided by Laura Burkett at Romans in Fleet with our rental search. Laura kept us up to date and always got back to us with any of our questions, was very patient and extremely courteous. A compliment to the team at Romans in Fleet.
