After writing the previous review we received a phone call from the manager who could not have been more professional. He apologised and explained there were mitigating circumstances, which at least provided with us with an explanation as to why we had received such bad service. It's a shame we never had the opportunity to deal with him in the first place.

I have just sold my late father’s bungalow. Nick, Paul and the team at Ashtons have been so helpful and supportive during this process. They have kept me informed on progress answered my many queries and given nothing but sound advice.
