We have an amazing experience with Romans Fleet , especially when being look after by Liam. He was always quick to respond , helpful with all our questions and got us in to a new property in next to no time at all. I would highly recommend asking after Liam when looking for rental in this area.

Brilliant experience with Romans in Fleet. Liam was great and helped us find a lovely property. We went from offer to keys in less than 2 weeks! Would definitely recommend Liam and Romans!

I recently moved to a property in Fleet and Liam was the estate agent. He was amazing!!! I requested a viewing with little notice and he facillated that quickly. The time between making an offer and getting the keys was not long and was very smooth, thanks to Liam and he was on hand with any questions I had. Looking for a property and moving into a property can be stressful but not with Liam. Thanks to Romans especially Liam for the support in my search and move ☺️.

I had a very positive experience with Romans in Fleet. Simon and Charlie were knowledgeable and always honest. They kept me updated throughout the sale. I always received very quick responses! I would highly recommend Romans in Fleet.

I need to thank the team at Romans esp. Simon Goodger for the time and effort spent on selling my property. It wasn’t a straight forward process with many difficulties but Simon persevered and gave guidance where needed which I am so grateful for. I highly recommended this team. Wholehearted thank you!!

Lovely people, very obliging and helpful !!

We recently sold our home and purchased our new one through Ashtons, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. From start to finish, Cathy and her team were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Their marketing was excellent, they kept us updated throughout, and they were always available to answer questions and offer advice. Our move involved multiple properties in a chain, with several properties also being sold through Ashtons, and the team did an outstanding job of keeping everyone informed and managing communications between all parties. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes, liaising with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to keep things moving and overcome challenges as they arose. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. Moving house can be stressful, and there were times when we needed reassurance and support, but Cathy and the team consistently went above and beyond. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering the best outcome for their clients was evident throughout. We are so grateful for everything they did to help get us over the line and into our new home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Cathy and team – your hard work, dedication, and kindness made all the difference

Fantastic service from Ashtons estate agents Stockton Heath who recently marketed and sold my house in Appleton. Cathy the manager has an amazing positive and enthusiastic attitude, always responded to any questions and queries, and went out of her way to help me with viewing potential purchases as well, and chase things up along the way. Mollie gets a mention too, great attitude too. Thank you Cathy and your team!
